Gridstream AIM Tools

This course provides all the necessary knowledge to manage the data processing tasks. Participants get to know all the different tools around the AIM system. They learn in addition how this tool interact with AIM and for which business cases they are used.
Participants are familiar with Dashboard our customer service center tool. They learn the three different ways how to install and operate with an ecoMeter. Participants learn how to create reports with the BI Publisher based on already existing templates. Finally they get to know the usage and the function of InSight – our communication statistic tool – together with the data warehouse functions (to facilitate deeper investigations in case of problems with data acquisition).
